This regulation would definately impact all of PartyLite as this is the only way to succeed in this type of business. Where I know that there are crooks out there just trying to make a buck, Party Lite Gifts has been is business for 33 years and has successfully made a business on referrals. I hope that you do not pass this rule/law as this would decrease sales as well as other trying to join our organization. A 7 day waiting period would decrease enthusiasim for the newcomer. Also, to get 10 referrals would definately decrease enthusiasim. It costs absolutely nothing to start up a business with PartyLite and it should stay that way as the price is everything has gone up dramatically. Please do the right thing here.
