PLEASE modify the proposed regulations for the Business Opportunity Rule to be more Practical for legitimate companies like Partylite. I have read the proposed rule and can not believe what I read. I started my business 5 years ago because of the opportunities it provided me. Partylite gave me a place that I felt accepted after a 9 year emotional abusive marriage. It was just what I needed to build my confidence and be the person I wanted to be. I learned to set goals and build something that was all by my doings. It is such a powerful feeling to have a business like Partylite. If I was told I had a 7 day waiting period and was given a list of references to people who found the business wasn't for them I may have been scared away. You would truly question if it was a scam. Partylite is a very honest and worth while company. YOU WILL DESTROY THAT BY IMPOSING YOUR REGULATIONS. YOU NEED TO RECONSIDER.
