Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing this letter because I am concerned about the proposed New Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I am afraid that in its present form, it could sverely hurt [Direct Selling Company]. I understand that part of the FTC's responsibilities is to protect the public from "unfair and deceptive acts of practices" but some of the sections in the proposed rule will make it very difficult if not impossible for [Direct Selling Company] to continue as a business. This take a way freedom to dream and to react for the possiblity of becoming great leader an inventor and so on. This is what made American a great Nation. Why take this away from the uncommon man? The ruling is unfair. Thank You Edward L. Simmons
