Dear FTC, I spent twenty years as a full time stay at home mother. I earned no money, did not contribute to social security, do not have a 401 K, no medical insurance, no dental insurance, no retirement account of any kind. I expected in exchange for twenty years of 24 hour days of devoted service to my home and my children that my husband would provide for my future. Instead,my husband lost all our retirement money in bad investments, even my half without my permission. He is now due to retire this October 2006. He has nothing except social security. I just found all this financial information out last year. I was devastated. I have no resume to present at a job interview, I can't put my two children through college and support myself on minimum wage. I found out about lia sophia jewelry and have been so happy since then. I have hope again. I can't find anything about this company that isn't fair and legal. They don't make promises they can't keep. I know that my level of success depends on the amount of effort I put into my business. I have made friends with women all over the country who love and help each other succeed. We have no ill will or direct competition against each other. The company promises a full lifetime guarantee and has kept that promise to customers for thirty years now. I do so much volunteer work at church. I created the clergy care committee and provide lunches for our pastors once a week, organize yard work and house painting projects for the pastors to so our gratitude for their constant care of our congregation. I work at a homeless shelter twice a week feeding the homeless. From that I have branched into helping one homeless person at a time get medical care and into housing. I am working on my second homeless man now. I am so proud of my fist gentleman who is now happily settled in a comfortable warm dry apartment with his own TOILET and SHOWER he can use whenever he wants to! I also help a Katrina evacuee to start a new life and career here in Portland Oregon. Please understand that if I had to work full time at minimum wage I wouldn't be able to continue my volunteer work. I wouldn't be able to run my home lke a teen center like I do now. Sometimes up to 60 children are here at one time, we cook, watch appropriate movies, play games, they swim or shoot hoops or walk my dog. They know I'm home and I'm happy to have them here 24 hours day Please don't take away my ability to have my own business with lia sophia jewelry.
