To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this because I am extremely concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R51193. I have been working very hard as a Xango Independant Distributor and this could completely destroy my business. I started my Xango business because I loved the product. After using the product, I decided to share it with friends and family and make some extra income. The proposed 7 day waiting period will give people the wrong impression about our business and product. It will make people think there is a problem with the Xango business plan. Xango already has a 100% money back guarantee for any new enrollee within 30 days. There is also a 90% buyback policy for all products including sales kits purchased by a salesperson. The proposed rule would require a disclosure of a minimum of 10 prior purchasers nearest to the prospective purchaser. With identity theft happening constantly, I do not feel comfortable giving out personal information without their consent. I am a single woman, and I wouldn't feel safe knowing that my phone number and address are being given out. The Xango sales kit costs $35. That is less than a tank of gas and you don't have to wait 7 days to fill your car up. I am an average person trying to build a direct sales business. I did not become involved in this industry to be an aggressive salesperson and handle stacks of unnecassary paperwork. Xango has benn a great business opportunity for me, but if I had to go through what is being proposed by Rule 511993, I would have thought this business was too time consuming, difficult, and intrusive on people's personal information. Americans are already too busy with careers, families, and everyday life. This Rule would make it hard, if not impossible for people to share the Xango product and oppurtunity with others. There are so many great direct sales companies, please don't hurt us because of other's actions. I know many people whose sole income is from Xango, this Rule would be devastating to us! Xango is a great company. Please don't lump Xango in with the unethical companies. I am behind you 100% on shutting down those companies, they hurt my business too! This proposed rule will do nothing to these crooks, as the rule that is in place now does not. Please help me continue growing and operating my Xango business in a honest and ethical manner. The direct selling industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Damaging this industry will have a devastating effect on the United States economy. This industry has opened the door for thousands of people that never thought they would have their own business, please don't close it. Take a close look at Xango, the closer you look, the better Xango lookes. Punish the people that deserve it, not the people making an honest living. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
