I have been a business owner for 25 years. Direct sales has always been a part of what I do. Please don't make any changes unless you plan to fight specific companies that scam people. There are bad people in all areas. (ie. Enron, Arthur Anderson, Strong Funds) Don't restrict everyones income because a few bad apples. Go after them specifically. James
