Although I know that you want to protect the public from unfair business practices, I think you are going to open up a can of worms by impossing your rules in this way. What I believe will happen is that you are going to do away with good companies and you are going to enter in more scam type pyramidal type deals into the market place. People will simply not wait for 7 days in order to sign into a business opportunity so you are going to create a huge black market of opportunity seakers, so many that you simply will not be able to police it. Opportunity seekers will find that it is better to run with these undergroud, under the radar type companies and will bilk people. I believe if anything you should be setting out more concise guidelines as to what a legitimate company is versus and illegitimate company is. Spending time and resources in this area in the end will win out. Education is often the best answer. MLM is a legitimate opportunity and shouldn't be hindered any more than any other industry, go after the bad guys in it for sure, but don't harm the good guys at the same time. There is fraud and bad acts in virtually every industry today, I don't think that it is fair that you single out this industry so harshly. Why create more work for yourselves, educate people and go hard on the bad apples. Thanks for your consideration. Al Pringle
