To FTC, Re: “Business Opportunity Rule, R511993” I have been in network marketing for over 25 years and can not believe my eyes in reviewing the “Business Opportunity Rule, R511993”. This rule will make it impossible for individuals to own and operate their own business in the future. You are only hurting the independent business person. We talk about FREE ENTERPRISE" - THIS RULE WILL KILL THE HOPES AND DREAMS OF THE AVERAGE PERSON WHO WISHES TO GET AHEAD! Asking us to list the nearest 10 references - would means sharing private info, which should not be allowed! Asking distributors to disclose personal and private info should not be allowed. You are hurting many individuals, such as myself that have earned their income from network marketing. What is next ? Why not ask us to provide our Blood Types or Race!
