Federal Trade Commission/Office of the Secretary, Room H-135 (Annex W) Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580 Regarding the Business Opportunity Rule: R511993 Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Moshe Alon from Israel I'm an agent of FFI and Ubifone Even so I'm not an US citizen this proposed low will damage my network business as a whole and especially for my network marketers from the US. I will not get into full detail of how and what damage each part of the proposed rule will have on my business. Instead I would like to light up some issues regarding it: 1.It seems that who ever right this proposed rule is very determine on wipe out the whole network marketing industry. Is it what you really want? It surly look like some big traditional business have succeed to bring a rule that will eliminate their competitors. 2.Some parts are completely insane like the one call for the release of any information regarding prior litigation and civil or criminal legal actions even those who did not win the case and are false claims. Do you see any industry in the US who will accept this kind of rule? If you wish to do so, please build your own site with the database of all suits that will be available for anyone to look into it. 3. The results of such rule will not only create a huge damage on millions of network marketers all over the world but will make a severe damage on the US market and the US economy. While US demand from the Chinese to open their market to MLM companies you now close the door to MLM companies inside the US. In such case MLM companies will move to other countries and the US government will lose all tax income from that companies 4.The Internet is a new area where countries boundaries are dissolved. Can you block someone to join an MLM company located anywhere on this planet? 5.The intention to make some rules regarding network marketing that will insure that people will not be harmed or mislead is good. But, you have to do it in a way that will not destroy the whole industry. Thank you, in advance, for reviewing and posting my comments. Best regards, Moshe Alon D.N.
