To Whom It May Concern, I feel that this new ruling is violating free enterprise and Freedom of Trade issues amongst other things. FTC is a great organization to help regulate and govern the well-being of business enterprises. However, there are limited to everything. To put foward such new rulings on network marketing is bias and prejudice against the largest employer - mlm as a whole - in the world. People like us in the U.S. are known to be entrepreneurs and have helped the U.S. economy to where it is now. There are numerous books and university classes teaching network marketing and mlm business practices; and it is the business structure of the future and has been adopted by many corportation 500 companies like: MCI, Coca Cola, AT&T and many others. Yes, there are BAD apples out there and they should be punished if they do not follow the present existing ruling. But to put these additional and unreasonable requirement on mlm and not other form of business is pure discrimination and unresponsible. I sincerely do not wish the FTC to go forward with this plan. Thank you for your favorably considerations. By the way, when I select "edit", this entire field will go blank and I have to retype everything! Michael Chan
