Ladies and Gentlemen: It is my heartfelt feeling that the FDA, FTC, IRS, EPA etc. were never envisioned by, nor even remotely considered by, the Founding Fathers of this great Constitutional Republic. Incrementely the bureaucrats of the alphabet soup agencies have encroached upon the individual freedoms and responsiblities of citizens. To micromanage small businesses and demand that the principals of those businesses reveal material, which is selective and arbitrary, based on what some unelected bureaucrat in some think tank, deems appropriate, is nowhere provided for in our beloved constitution. Government was to be limited; less government is better government. You need to focus on crime, statutes which are relevant and codes of federal regulations which affect us all deleteriously...not micromanagement of hard-working small business persons. I request forthwith that you rescind and abate your proposed totalitarian legislation. I sign this with no reservations and with DEEP concern about the future of our freedoms in this great nation called America. Daniel Allen Sarver 6/21/06
