regarding - Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 if passed this will destroy me... I just gave 10 years of my life to caring for my parents at the end of their life. My best hope now, as an "unskilled" working is to work for my self at home. Do you really want to destroy me? Then please don't pass this rule. Sincerly, Mary Candelario
