I urge you to re-think you methods for controlling fraud. Direct Selling is a very legitimate business that provides opportunity for many families in the US and throughout the world to provide for their families. It is not fair to those that practice legitimately to impose such strick regulations. It is no different than any other business model and is therefore no different than holding up the purchase of any other viable business or product. Corruption can occur in any business, we have sure seen plenty of that with the corporate business model lately. Think of all of the stay at home moms, single moms, working parents that are trying to add legitimate 2nd income streams to support their families. It is a matter of survival to many of us. We work so hard to support our families in a time when it is almost impossible to take care of basic needs. It is not always an option for men and woman to work out of the home away from their children. Network marketing affords people the opprtunity to make an honest living in their own homes and communities. If you do your homework, you will see that what we do is not only legal, but it provides an significant positive impact of our economy. We live in a time where noone can deny that our personal freedoms are being taken away. This is another example of govenrment imposing on those personal freedoms. Please consider the negative impact this Business Opportunity Rule R511993 would have on millions of families. Thank you, Julie Snyder
