To whom it may concern: I understand why you would want to tighten up the rules on Biz Opp sellers. The opportunity I am involved in has no start up fee and a 100% empty bottle money back guarantee. This rule would make it very difficult for ethical companies like ours to do business. I don't think that companies that charge no bogus start up fees and a very strong guarentee in writing should have to jump through all the hoops you are proposing. It is going to make it very difficult for people to build a business that are in legitmate, ethical companies like ours. Thanks Lanny Morton vemma Rep
