The new FTC Business Opportunity Act is unduly restrictive to legitimate companies in our industry. One of the great things that our United States is known for is it's opportunties and free enterprise. Enterprise and our economic strengths have been built from the bottom on up starting with the home-based business. President Reagan stated once "What this country needs is LESS government, not more government."
