I completely oppose the proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. It will severely cripple my growing XanGo business. This Act is completely un-American and completely borders on Communism. What is wrong with you people? I am a taxpaying citizen and would love to pay more in taxes but how can I do that when you cut off my income at the knees by creating bogus legislation that we all know is completely pushed by the Pharmaceutical Lobbyists. I would like to know the names of any politicians that support this Act so that I may tell everyone I know to write them and express their utter disbelief and shock in this Anti-Home based business legislation. Why stop at MLM companies, why not put a 7 day waiting period on vehicles, home appliances, telecommunications, boats, houses, cell phones, recreational vehicles and anything you can buy at Wal-Mart! This Act is completely ridiculous and will cause a lot of companies to lose business. Think of all the money the IRS will lose when thousands of distributors no longer have an income because of this Rule. I'm sure the special interest groups can't make up those losses. I am a good citizen and always want to do my part but this is crossing the line folks. Imagine all the wonderful lawsuits that will be generated if we have to give out personal information to strangers just so we can make a sale....hmmmmm. NOT GOOD!!!! I sincerely hope the FTC has a little bit of common sense and realizes that this is a bad move. Not good for the citizens of The United States of America. I for the record am proud to say that I voted for President Bush and I completely support his stand on Terrorism. I am a registered Republican and as such would like to keep the government out of my MLM business.
