Gentlemen: I would like to comment on two of the propsed FTC proposed changes to the Business Opportunity Rule. 1. The seven day waiting period, will impact my business adversely. I will experience a major cancellation of members if they were made to wait for the seven day period. There is the issue is buyers remorse and given this long period of time would mean that the majority of people who sign up will opt to cancel if they were made to wait seven days before they can begin the business opportunity. I am a distributor for Vemma, and we have very liberal poicies for cancelling membership and the company has honored without question any member who decides to terminate their association with the company and therefore the propsed rule will act as a damper for me to recruit new members. Please reconsider the rule changes for the proposed rules will do more harm than good
