I am deeply concerned in what appears an intrusion into the personal affairs of us involved in small independant businesses. While I do not want dishones or unscrupulous companies or individuals preying in the unsuspecting or gullible, the thought of a government agency evaluating the potential of a business opportunity scares me more. How can an agency with no business sense and employing people whos only desire is to portray the negative decide what is good for me or other americans. "Well Meaning" but misguided action could destroy our peoples opportunity to change their financial lot in life. Please do not arbitrarily condemn the home based business industry for the wrongs of a few. Please feel free to post my concerns in any and all media. Thank you. Jim Irvine
