I have little faith in anything you have to propose that would help me as and American trying to do business on the net. We have about a million laws for each particular item that you want to protect. Common since tells me you cannot know what your doing, and need a little understand yourself. So I will tell you that there is 10 COMMANDMENTS given to use by the LORD that cover all that you want to protect. It works and any one that comes here has to obey these 10 commandments. Now the Fathers of this nation knew that others coming here would not understand or reject these COMMANDMENTS as a religion or do them fully, So they done their best to put it in a form they would under stand. A new " REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT" We know it is not perfect but should lead anyone to do the 10 COMMANDMENTS and have good faith in them later on in their lives so they will have a chance to live. With so many laws there is no way to be wrong just find a law that fits your wants and needs you can do anything you want. This is what happens when you leave the standards of the " LORD'S 10 COMMANDMENTS " and do as you want instead of using the knowledge set before you to make good judgment. Just look for instance, we are being invaded on all side of our country and does the government know what to do?. ( No) They don't even know that we have laws to protect the states from invasion. They want even enforce the law when they are told about it. These are gutless wonders that think they can talk their way out of everything with a forked tongue. These people are very intelligent people but they are single minded and cannot get out of a box if their life depended on it. This is the thinking of the pleasure seekers, they even kill their unborn in order to seek out and have their pleasures like they were going to live forever. They don't think of their offspring as life to enjoy the world made better by them because they are using it up and destroying fast. Look at the mess left behind by these invaders in their own countries. "Total destruction" this is what this country is turning into now or haven't you been down to these cities were they have taken over. Stop the madness and enforce our laws we had in the 1800ds get rid of the mafia out of politics and put Judges on the bench that know the law and make good Judgments get rid of those that are bad Judges. If you can't find a good judge put a ditch digger there that under stand the COMMANDMENTS and knows right from wrong.
