As an American,a Veteran and the husband of a disabled wife,I would urge you to not restrict the activities of an independent business owner. I got into this business not only to make extra money but to be able to spend extra time with my wife.Six years ago I was rejected by the state of Fla. vocational rehab after I began having problems myself,and my wife had several suicide attempts,only to be diagnosed with Bi-polar .She was also already an Epileptic due to an auto accident.
