Comments:
The new proposed rules, although well intended, will likely result in excessive and negative intrusion which will discourage and prohibit growth in many legitimate businesses. Though simple in its concept, these new rules may spawn countless instances of expensive, complex and long and drawn-out litigation and the resulting rulings may eventually complicate these rules and render any serious enforcement of such rules impossible. In my opinion these proposed rules are a bad idea and should not be accepted. It will not improve the situation but complicate it more. An alternative solution may be to establish an information database in which the buyer(s) or subscriber(s) will have the option of utilizing, and still have the option and full freedom of making his/her prefered business decision.
