What makes this country great is our free enterprise system and the fact that everyone gets a chance to vote and have their voice heard. It's been said, if you don't vote, you can't complain! Well, I need to vote today and have my voice heard on this very important topic. Although the FTC may mean well, the new FTC Business Opportunity Act is unduly restrictive to legitimate companies in the direct sales and network marketing industry. It would be near impossible to perform in accordance with this restrictive rule. It would cost much in productivity and also business expense and it is a totally unnecessary rule. If you intend to stop deceptive practices and fraud, you must find a better way than this destructive and limiting act.
