The proposed law is unfair to those of us who have a home-based business. When talking to people about joining us in a home-based business, the excitement of the moment is crucial. If we have to give them a "prospectus" or other written information and a "waiting period" then that excitement for the business is gone. This impacts my ability to recruit new consultants, which in turn impacts my ability to grow my business and help my consultants grow their business. Please consider the stay-at-hoime mom who just wants to earn enough to be a stay-at-home mom, the person who isn't able to hold down a fulltime 8-5 job due to family obligations or someone who is just trying to supplement their income with a home-based business in addition to all the other things they do.
