I find The new proposed Business Opportunity Rule to be very onerous. It would be a nightmare to try to keep up with all of the paperwork. I would be spending so much time trying to fulfill all of the requirements that I would not be able to earn any money. It's a bad idea and should not be enacted. Thank you for your attention.
