I am incredibly opposed to this proposal as is anyone who is remotely even aware of this sneaky legislation. It is totaly anti free market and VASTLY anti American and We The People know it full well. I don't know what other purpose behind this farce is except to further stangle the American people. If this goes through its going to put just how out of touch the government is with governing American people. There are many publicly traded companies such as Citi Bank, MCI, IBM and a whole host of other companies on Wall Street. This is a 23$ Million dollar industry as of 2003. The FTC is supposed to stand up for America's free trade market, us the people make that market work, THIS, this is directly opposite of progress, it is a compleatly erroding proposal. Is that the intent, to stangle us some more?? As one of the few remaining places that we can opperate and prosper there will be backlash from this on a wide scale no matter what party is in office. Let an informed market make this decision without this sneaking in the back door and the back door is exactly what this is. This was published in mid April and I'm just now hearing of it?? Something this big?? This is a burden to small business (at least 13 million in this field) with all the required references and 7 day waiting period, it is incredibly inefficient and must have been written up by someone not knowing business or looking to make a mark somewhere without knowing the consequences or worse knowing and not caring. We already do not trust goverment to make good decisions for Amercians best interests, this surely confirms what we already know. Sincerly, Mr. Wilder
