Comments:
Selling products for Goldshield Elite contributes to my family finances.I have sold the products for three years now ,this has developed my personal skills and confidence. The seven day waiting period casts direct selling plan in a negative light, causing administrative problems and unnecessary delays. Litigation reporting is unfair because it does not distinguish between winning and losing lawsuits. References involve privacy issues due to ID theft and safety andit would be impractical to find 10 nearest distributors. I understand FtC's goals, there are frauulent groups out there but the FTC's proposed rule would unfairly target legitimate direct selling businesses.
