RE: Business Opportunity Rule R511993 In reading this rule I can see security issues that may have impact on who would want to get into a business opportunity. When the form would require the name, city address and phone numbers of prior purchasers, this is just another way for would be fraud people to get information to use against the purchasers. Who would want to purchase if they knew this could happen. What about our laws on protecting personal information? Our country cannot afford to continue to make such hardships on people who want to better themselves, it will hurt our economy tremendously.
