I am wrting in regards to the Ftc action on direct sales organizations. Owning 2 companies both involved in sales, I now firmly believe that the government is out to shut down all small business. You must remember that laws are only as good as the people running a business. Each Item I see in this bill can easily be bypassed by unscrupulous business owners. Legitimate business's that want to stay in business do not need these guidelines because they already operate honestly. Each of these items will destroy the direct sales organizations and take us back to the old tin man days when a lot of salespeople were just plain shady. Please reconsider your actions and give small business a chance in the last great country in the world Thank you very much for you time
