I am very concerned about this proposed regulation for business opportunities. It would place an undue burden on the business owner, and would in essence, cripple these businesses. Need I remind you that this country is known as the land of opportunity, and this should still include the "little person" with limited capital. If this proposed regulation goes into effect, these opportunities will shrink, and that cannot be good for the country or the economy.
