I think some of the new rules are prohibitive. Especailly teh one that requires recealing all law suits against a company with no requiremen to show the reults of those suiets. I believe that if it is requires to show all law suites the the reults of those law suites should be required to be shown also. Otherwise the requirement should not be there in teh first place. If it is going to be rquried to show all canelations/refunds requested over a period of time it shouls also be required that this be shown as a percentage of total sales, but I believe the cost to teh companies would be prohibitive to keep such records as each distributor in some companies such as ours are independent.
