Federal Trade Commission Title: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Subject Category: Business Opportunity Rule CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 437 This is absolutely absurd! By demanding a 7 calendar day requirement disclosure on any business opportunity, you are sealing our fate to grow our business quickly & with the utmost integrity. People make decisions based on timing. I'm not saying that if given 7 days they would not sign up, but it definitely makes it harder to get people excited & driven to begin as quickly as they can on their own momentum to build a business for themselves. People don't like paperwork either, by having the ability to sign-up with a short form & get to work right away the success rate is much higher in growing a business at home. I can guarantee you, if there's a disclosure law in place with a 7 day requirement, this is going to hurt the small business opportunity seeker & worker in a very big way. Please do away with this ridiculous rule, it's not needed in any way & is just another way for our gov't. to control us. NO WAY!
