I have just learned of the proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. As a co-owner of a legitimate direct marketing business with my wife, I am disturbed and confused as to the purpose of this proposed act. I see no reason that makes any sense except to give an unfair advantage to traditional businesses. Who is pushing this outragous proposal? I urge you to stop this ploy to hurt legitimate businesses that are good for people who work hard and pay their fair share of taxes.
