Hello, my name is Sharna Keyes. I would like to give my opinion on your proposal "Business Opportunity Rule". I know you are looking out for the well being of the citizens and trying to keep people from being scammed. The only problem I have is that I'm a victim of Identity Theft. I found out a gentleman has been using my SS# for some years which he is currently working under. This should be on file with your organization. One of the things I was afraid of was if this man can get my address. I have an at home business and with your proposal my personal information will be given out which makes me very nervous since I am a victim of Identity theft. You can't trust everyone and even though this proposal is not made to inconvience anyone (except wrongdoers) it can put other people at jeopardy. We have people out there that this would be a perfect opportunity for to start doing wrong to people. Please take into consideration my situation and other situations that other citizens have that this may effect. (ex: People may be hiding from an old spouse that's not too far from them.)The gentlemen using my ss# seems like he don't care I've had a cell phone of his turned off and he just moved on to another company. There is not enough protection out there for some of us. I do not want my home information or my other information in the hands of strangers some which may use it for the wrong thing. So, all I'm asking is please carefully think about the people that are in business and their side you never know what kinda situation someone is and this may be a negative for them. Thank You
