Dear FTC Decision Makers, pertaining to Business Opportunity Rule CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 437, please note that for any company that has a one year return policy on products and membership fees, this rule should not apply because giving a one year guarantee certainly protects people more than a 7 day wating period.
