I am against this new rule concerning small businesses since it would greatly burden and slow down private businesses. Owning your own business is difficult enough without having to jump through many hoops. Small companies and individually owned ones make up a great deal of the new jobs created in america since 9-11. Let's not stiffle the growth of these vital industries by an abundance of regulation.
