From my initial review of the proposed regulations it seems like they make a great deal of sense and I encourage you to continue. My concerns regard the need to constantly update information in order to avoid inadvertently providing what would appear to be outdated data. Can the language be changed to accomodate a less awkward and less demanding disclosure procedure? Thank you for your consideration.
