I want to express my concern on new laws about offering my business opportunity. I believe that if someone is interested in starting their own business they should not have to wait seven days, unless they want to. By waiting this long the new owner will lose their excitement and no longer want to start in the long run putting me out of business as well. Providing information that is private, such as names of other consultants does go against privaciy issues. If someone wants this information and wants to find out more about the business they should be responsible enought o ask for it and get the permission first before calling somone and invading privacy. Partylite is a company that stands behind their consultants, there is no fee at all for starting!!! If a person wishes to end their Partylite business for any reason there is no fee, no penlties. We never ask for anything back!!!! I believe you need to do further research and really only penalize the companies who charge for starting a business, no one should ever have to pay to work!!!
