Re: Business Opportunity Rule: R511993 I have been a representative with the Xango company for over 2 years. This ruling will cause me some hardship because: I live in a small remote community and build my business by telephone mostly. It would be extremely difficult to furnish references to my prospects as I often do not even know where they live. Much time and effort would go into researching this information. If it had cost me more than the $35 to get into this business I would not have been able to do it. As a result of their low start up cost I have been able to increase my retirement income from home and generate more spendable income in my community. It is very difficult to say how many of my people have dropped out of the business for whatever reason. Some people get into this business for the health benefits. As an example I personally have some people who use it only in the winter to prevent colds, other use it only when they have a health attack that they know this helps. So essentially, they come and go, so to speak. As for refunds, how would we count it if the person decided later that they wanted to try the product again after they had received a refund previously? Since Xango has a generous, no questions asked, immediate refund policy it is virtually impossible to lose money with this company. Most people are very anxious to get started with the health benefits and the "business" side comes along later as they grow to love the product. I feel if I had to tell them that the FTC was requiring a "7 day waiting" period they would wonder if we were really the honest company that I know we are. As a result they may not ever get to try the benefits of the medicinal juice and find out what it would do for their health personally. It is impossible for me to tell people what it will do for them because I am: #1. Not a doctor. #2. It affects everyone differently. #3. I can only say what it has done for me, as proved by my medical doctor and lab reports. It is great that we do not have boundries and "territorial" issues because of the fact that I do a lot of talking to people in other states and countries. I am not stepping on anyone's toes and no one steps on mine either. This is a referral business, so who can say where my friend or yours lives? Jo Anne Morris
