These comments relate to the proposed rules in governing Direct Sales and MLM companies. I belive the 7 day wating period is totaly absurd. No other industry is required to participate in such a requirement. Only the gun law has a cooling off period. The lemon law for cars is only 3 days. People can make descions on their own and do not need the government to internvene. Next all reputable companies have a return and cancellation policy. Go after the bad companies and leave the good ones alone. This blanket of rules is unrealistic.
