Hello FTC RE: Rule R511993 I am extremely concerned about the proposed rule changes governing Home Based Business. I strongly feel that legitimate honest working independant small business individuals as myself will be put out of Business with the proposal at hand. It also seems to completely take away Womens privacy and leaves them very vulnerable to predators. This rule will crush the very thing this country was built on, Free Enterprise.
