Dear Sirs, I am very disheartened by the news about the Business Opportunity Rule. This will devastate the Direct Selling Industry. This is a now society. If we, as distributors, have to wait seven days before we can put someones order in to buy our product, we might get 1 person out of 10 who would be willing to accept this. Another issue that concerns me about the Business Opportunity Rule is that providing someone's name, address and phone number is private information which should not be allowed to be given out to the general public. With all the identity fraud we have now, I think it would most likely get critically worse. If a person signing up to become a Distri- butor is told their information could be given out to the general public, they would definately have their reservations about signing up.
