I feel it is totally unrealistic to impose such regulations as well as an invasion of privacy to request references or have a waiting period for something that is voluntary anyway. Many of my new consultants come from shows that usually have several individuals in attendance who know me and know the copany I represent. Don't you have better things to spaend your time with such as affordable healthcare for those of us who are self-employed? And by affordable I mean less than $1000 a month to keep my family healthy. Please spend time on more worth while subjects.
