Comments:
Proposed Rule: Prospects would have to wait 7 days after receiving disclosures before they could register. Comments: This will deprive the prospect from making the decision while the information is fresh in his mind and start building his business soon. Quixtar opportunity is a very low cost registration with a money back guarantee. This rule should not be imposed for Quixtar opportunity Proposed Rule: You would be required to give every prospect a list of "references" – the names, addresses, and phone numbers of 10 other IBOs in the area – seven days before the prospect registers. Comments: What is the role of those 10 references ? This will give a chance to the other business owners to register the prospect under them. Those 10 references intentionally may not give a good feed back about the business to prevent the prospect from joining the business. IBO who has done the hard work might loose the prospect. After registering in the business the prospect will have a chance to meet several IBOs (more than 10) in a business association. The quixtar opportunity has the money back guarantee anyways. This rule should not be imposed for Quixtar opportunity
