While I appreciate the need to remove fradulent business offers it would be a severe detriment for the my business as well as many others in the local area not including Quixtar (Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware etc) to impose some of the line items in the proposal, mainly the following issues 1. 7 day waiting period, to say that this would be fair then it should be proposed for every major decision such as car and home purchases to me this is ridiculous. 2. 10 refernences this would open a flood gate of decension as business owners fought over who should register who because you made us hand out a list of our competitiors. 3. Financial papers, considering your average business of any kind takes 5 years approximately to show a profit this would severely detriment the very people your trying to protect, PEOPLE NEW TO BUSINESS, PLEASE reconsider this ammedment for businss opportunities it sounds like a good idea but this is throwing out the baby with the bathwater. Sincerely Jason Eades
