Dear FTC, I have been an IBO for over 10 months. So far I have reached to total income of $100 a month and in 4 to 6 months I will earn $2500 every month helping other people suceed. One of the thing which made me attracted to the organization was that there was a 6 month buy back on my registration fee, half a year to decide if this opportunity is worth it for me. I knew half a year was a enough time to decide for myself that if this stuff was for real. It is, if you decide to work at it and there is the key. Work. Unless someone works, has the ambition to suceed in their business, and there are strong similarities between suceeding in life and suceeding with their business, it will work. That is the level playing ground. A motovation to suceed. I also have some comments about your propoesed rules. First off, having to wait seven days to sign a prospect up is too long of a waiting period. I do not even know why there will be a waiting period. When a prospect registers, that individual prospect has the ability to cancel his new membership and receive a full refund on his new member fee for a six month period. The key is that it is up to the prospect to decide to cancel his membership. Second, a requierment for Financial Substantiation feel like an invasion of privacy. I have always been taught never to share your income with others. Especially with strangers. This law will also make our business extreamely confusing with the new prospect. What if on his financial records he looses a paper with personal information on it. Well, there goes his identity. I appreciate what the FTC is doing and I know you are making hard decisions about home based businesses. When I started this indever, I knew that there were some bad home based businesses, just like there are bad corporations today. But beleive you me, Quixtar is one of the finest corporations that I know of today. I am honored to be a part of them and excited for our future. Thank you for your time and God Bless.
