I am involved with QUIXTAR as a power broker. I am not involved with them meaning, I do not work for them. I am self-employed, I am an independant business owner. With the new proposal, there are many things that can slow economical developments along with allow people to actually persue business in the United States. If there was a waiting period to where we do have to provide all the information you are asking for, this would result in many prospects making the decision not to get in business, this is not due to the extra information they have been provided, but the negative stuff they have been told through friends, relatives, or even the internet. QUIXTAR is a legit business as you know, we are the standard of business as far as I know. Giving prospects information is a must with us already, we already provide them with industry experts info, and the right to talk to anyone they want on their own time. Also QUIXTAR already give a back out plan, if they don't want to be in business anytime they get started to 6 months down the road, they can get their money back, gauranteed no matter their reason. Business that allow this opportunity I do not feel should have to have these regulations that you are propossing. The reason for that is due to us already placing a money back gaurantee, if we informed anyone of anything wrong, or did something to actually hurt them or their business, they could just quick. It just doesn't make any sense to more regulations on business that already propose money back.
