This bill unfairly targets the legitimate practices of legitimate companies such as Advocare, whom already have satisfaction guarantees on their products and businesses. This bill unfairly targets the legitimate practices of legitimate companies such as Advocare, whom already have satisfaction guarantees on their products and businesses. Furthermore, this bill would promote an atmosphere of distrust that is already being propagated by those individuals seeking to do harm to the legitimate practices of the direct sales industry. I believe the average American should be given the right to take responsibility for their actions and choose when and how they should go into business.
