There are only a few areas of the proposal I have issue with: 1. There should be no waiting period. If I had been required to wait, I would have lost interest in building my own business and would now be poorer economically and in my general quality of life. Also 2. there should be no reference requirment. That is a violation of privacy, pure and simple. I have no problem with introducing a prospect to whomever they wish to meet, but I will not violate the privacy of other business owners. I also wouldn't want my information given to other people's prospects. 3. The past litigation requirement is crippling. There are too many false and silly lawsuits brought against a billion dollar company like Quixtar for me to have to take the time to present them all. If a prospect is a responsible human, they will look for that themselves. 4. My personal income from my business is not a prospect's business. Their success has nothing to do with how large or small my income is. Each person is an independent business owner, free to succeed or fail as they wish.
