This is a response to the proposed rule concerning our Quixtar business. Having a 7 day waiting period would really slow our business We have a money back policy that works well. Requiring a list of references seems would violate the privicy of people and is unnesary. Providing a list of lawsuits is totally unnecesary and would slow down business. We have disclosure of average monthly gross income for active IBO's. Many of these are totally ways to slow down our growth. We have been in the busines for 34 years, full time for over 20 years and find this company great. They do what they say - we put our future with them and have been very happy. We have been on many company trips and know the founder personally. We don't need any more red tape. Sincerely, Larry & Jo Porter
