I personally feel insulted by this new proposal!!! It takes any sense of ethic away from any form of business. I believe we should provide the new prospect with plenty of information and show them what our prospects are making, but having to back up everything by a piece of paper saying "well...I made 240,000 last year” and them starting out just making $7, what kind of believe will that build. Every business starts out small and by having to prove to the new guys on a sheet of paper how much money you are making... how would a brand new prospect explain himself to the new guys he is trying to help get in business when he shows them a check for $0 dollars because he just got started, WHAT KIND OF BELIEVE WILL THAT BUILD ON THE NEW GUY. I just don't understand why there is always someone that tries to take everything away from a corporation as well established as Quixtar; you gentlemen need to understand how business really works and how to establish a well-managed franchise. If at all, how bout you go to church once in a while and understand what believe and love for something greater than yourself is!!! The people in this corporation have helped me in many aspects of my life when I was a brand new guy to where I'm at right now, and it had nothing to do with BUSINESS!!! These folks taught me what strength is, what it means to fight for a dream and a purpose, what is like to overcome fears and deception, what is like to build believe and hope into a strangers life and change there life for the better. You must remember that at the end of the day, you live your life for only one reason, and that is to FILL THE BOOK. Hopefully you gentlemen will understand that. This business is more than bonus brackets and PV, it is build on unity, love, hard work, and believe. On another note... I don't agree with giving my address to a brand new guy in business simply because I don't know this stranger. I would be more than happy to help them in business and guide them until we have trust, but if you don't know... there is crazy people out there and the last thing I need is for a person who doesn't know what they are doing and just happen to get frustrated and come invade my home and my family... HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF THIS WAS YOU? You must understand that there is a certain level of privacy and respect for one's life. I hope that what I have spoken here today will touch you and will help you understand and relate. Please excurse me if I sounded rude, but some of these claims are absurd, Have a great day gentleman.
